  • Dundee Councillor speaks out on Potholes - at last!

    Finally, someone is listening on the Council about the state of Dundee;s roads and the hundreds of potholes that make driving around this city a total nightmare. I have complained on several occasions in the past but they just take the report and nothing is done. Well done to Derek Scott from Ferry Ward to has flagged this up and lets hope for all our sakes, and spines, he gets some results.

  • No toilets in new Dundee Council building

    So what. There are plenty of public toilets around that area, the closest only being 30 seconds away. Dundee council are 100% right not to have toilets for the public to use. Imagine the cost of keeping them clean, that the council tax payer would have to bare, considering the state people leave public toilets in these days. The old building didn't have toilets, why should the new one?

  • Dundee awarded 'Monopoly' status

    Says it all really about this city. Whilst others get awarded 'city' status, like Chelmsford, Perth and St Asaph, we get the honour of becoming a board game. How on earth will they fill all those spaces with things in Dundee? I suppose the council will introducing monopoly money to the streets of Dundee in the near future! Still, better than the Euro.
